Where we lived before moving here at the end of the driveway. We had a killdeer and eggs. They are beautiful birds.

I saw my first Killdeer a couple of weeks ago but it kept moving away, just far enough for me NOT to get a picture....yours are GREAT! Love the cows in the water! And what a cool turtle!

I still have not seen a LIVE killdeer...never in the right place at the right time. Interesting bird, in that she lays her eggs on the ground:)
